More meets Mojo: The Big Ticket

With the infrequency of authentic parties in Toronto I knew this party would not disappoint... simply because of the DJ lineup for the night. Top 40 and boring/horribly flowing sets that can easily be imitated with the shuffle songs command in iTunes do not excite me the least bit.

However, this experience was on a different level! The party was definitely good vibes and good peoples with a mature crowd. It was also a good getaway from the atmosphere at club district into a refreshing setting in Little Italy @ Revival on College St. ALL of the DJ's absolutely ripped it. The setup of the individual sets were in a battle-type form, with each DJ battling it out with the opposing team. All I know is when Creep Slow Pt. II - Big Black Lincoln came on.... I was GONE.

"On my way to Georgia... I'm leaving on the next plane. Like conversation with autumn, the leaves ain't the only thing changed. My emotions like water have naturally turned to ice. It's getting late and I think I ought to leave you with this advice..."

M I T C: Humble Beginnings…

First of all we'd like to welcome you all to witness the makings of a genuine success story. We hope you enjoy the experiences of our steady progression from turning our dreams into realities.

MadeintheCity.ca (MITC) will be composed of articles, weekly features, daily posts, reviews/critiques, photos, and anything else of interest. This is your open invitation to acquaint yourselves with our city, through our eyes. Each post will have a representation of the individual members’ interests and characteristics that as a cumulative will ultimately be a reflection of MITC.

The Introduction.

We are a brotherhood influenced by the culture of our society, our environment, and surroundings; all of which are true elements of the City. Made in the City can be taken literally as being individuals who are born & raised in a metropolis. However, the deeper meaning of our name mirrors our passion into being one day, made men within the great city of Toronto.

The Future.

The MadeintheCity.ca is just the beginning of the unified dream of five young males utilizing the opportunities that arise in an expanding city. MITC will actively be involved in building the framework for various business ventures that’s purpose will essentially be rooted in the hunger to taste success.

“A brotherhood’s rise in the City, struggle in the City, development in the City…”
