This is a continuation of my most recent Finals Rant...
"I'm not coming back to be a starter," Nelson Said. "I'm coming back to give energy. I don't think the team needs me to start."
When pressed on the subject, Nelson reiterated the status quo should remain so.
"I don't see myself starting," Nelson said. "Rafer deserves to start."
Magic coach Stan Van Gundy said on Friday that Alston would continue to start and that he played Nelson too many minutes in Game 1. Alston played just over 24 minutes while Nelson played the remainder of the minutes.

It's easy to say this after Game 1 is said and done. I was literally in shock during the entire 2nd quarter at what Gundy pulled. My question is... it took you a full game to realize this? They should have known this going into Game 1 and not attempted to change everything up during such a critical moment in the season. Furthermore, Rafer does not only deserve to start... he deserves to play the majority of the minutes (and I'm talking 35+ range).
Tune in tonight @ 8pm for the Mamba show:
Big shout out to Mikael Pietrus for understanding the wrath of Mamba
