Beginning their musical journey late November of 2007 is a group of four young, creatively unique, musical talents sharing the same raw passion and love for organic music.
The four young artists who are scattered all throughout the GTA include Funk Mcfly, Dj Kid, Dru Tone and Pete Genesis, which have joined forces to create “Route 86.” The group which is named after one of Scarborough’s notorious bus routes write and produce their own material to design a sound which directly reflects their own unique and individual styles.
The release of their debut mixtape, titled “The Better Way vol.1” will drop June 26th and is definitely something to look out for.
